Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC), or otherwise known as Autoclaved Cellular Concrete (ACC), is a lightweight, high-insulating, durable building product, which is produced in a wide range of sizes and strengths.
Thanks to its many excellent properties, AAC is equally suitable for residential, multistory,
commercial and industrial buildings. For nearly 70 years, Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) has proved its superior quality in all areas of building construction and in virtually all climatic conditions throughout the world.
The raw materials - quartzite sand (or fly ash), lime and water - can be found in almost unlimited quantities throughout the world. These raw materials are then processed to provide a building material with a large number of air pores - aerated concrete. And it is precisely these pores in addition to the solid structure of calcium silicate hydrates which give AAC its exceptional product properties: high compressive strength, excellent thermal insulation, low material weight, ease of workability and handling, universal application, non-allergenic, and efficient construction.
Plant Featues:
1. All the control system and control cabinet adopt Schneider Electric.
2. Control system are composed of 4 subsystems: power distribution control system, Schneider PLC programmed controller, touch screen monitoring system, industrial computer monitoring system. CANopen field bus and TCP/IP Ethernet communication control technology are adopted between each subsystems to achieve the timely data exchange and information feedback.
3. Low failure rate and easy maintenance. Fault point and the reason can be intuitively displayed in the touch screen ofcontrol system, which facilitate the troubleshooting. Advanced Ethernet technology can achieve remote monitoring and maintenance guidance.
4. The adopt of precision sensors can not only achieve the precise control of the equipment location and speed, but also achieve high and low limit alarm and protection of materials in the storage tanks.
5. Easy to check historical data. This system can make the record of the molds pouring and cutting at each section, and can also make the recording, archiving, querying and printing of the historical data.
6. Less machines needed, and automatic adding oil for lubrication.
7. Less workers needed. Only 4 workers needed from slurry pouring to mould entering into autoclaves, and 3-4 workers needed for blocks coming out of autoclaves.
